Obituary of Beulah M. Burnett

Beulah M. (Finethy) Burnett, of Landaff, New Hampshire, formerly of Woburn, Massachusetts, passed away at her home on December 20, 2022. She was 98 years of age. Born and raised in Woburn, she was the daughter of the late James, and the late Eliza (Little) Finethy. Beulah was preceded in death by her husband, the late William Burnett who passed away in 1973 and also one daughter, Rhoda Burnett. Her very active life-long membership in the North Congregational Church played a huge part in Beulah’s life, fulfilling her social, spiritual and charitable needs. She also took great pride in her civic roll as the Registrar of Voters for the City of Woburn for many years. After her husband, Bill, died, Beulah went to work for Digital Corporation where she spent 10 years. Later on she got to travel extensively both with her best friend, Margie, and then other friends associated with the Senior Center. Beulah is survived by one daughter, Kathy Parsons and her partner, Tracey Upton, with whom she has lived for the last six years on their alpaca farm in Landaff. Graveside services will be held at the Woodbrook Cemetery, 100 Salem Street, Woburn on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 12:00 Noon.
