Dan began his career in 1985, joining the Century 21 Advance Realty office. Calm, confident and demonstrating the drive to be successful, he quickly demonstrated that he was going to be a huge success.

Dan, with his passion and love for his Real Estate career and Team Fabbri have been for many years, the Top ranked Team within the Century 21 organization in all New England, selling a home in average of 4 days and on a yearly basis selling 70 - 100 homes.
For Dan, his Team with an average of 20 years working together and his Century 21 Advance Realty family were his inspiration to be in the Real Estate field winning every award within the Century 21 organization going back over 35 years in 5 New England States.
Also, Dan Fabbri has earned the prestigious GRI, Epro, and CRS designations. His personable, honest, professional, competitive, considerate, assuredness, knowledgeable, kind, and humble personality make him to win in the Real Estate field, the name of, The Legend.
His Real Estate career also put him in the path of the housing investment and with extreme ability, skills, and aptitude he became one of the most respectful, kind, and considerate landlord in the Medford, Malden, Everett, Woburn, Revere area in Massachusetts and in Berlin, New Hampshire.
Dan was born to be an entrepreneur, and he had a drive to accomplish things every day. As a young teen, he started many businesses, including lawn care, house painting, and handyman, etc. He graduated from The University of Florida with a degree in Hospitality and Restaurant administration. He then worked for a while teaching cooking. Those who were lucky enough, have received the Dan Fabbri cookbook!
Dan enjoyed life and lived it immensely! In his youth, Dan, and his sister along with their parents enjoyed camping trips in their trailer, boating, and waterskiing. As a young man, he was a “ski bum” at Jay Peak and enjoyed skiing for a lot of his younger life. He loved to surround himself with beauty and his home in Andover was a sanctuary for him.
With his charming smile and his cheerful, sweet, genuine, solidarity, honest, gentle, strong, determinate, considerate, kind, gentleman and simply " Unique" personality. He made everyone around him feel so special. Even trying to describe him, we will never have enough words to explain the wonderful, amazing an awesome human being he was.
Dan was always there for his beloved kids, the most important thing in his life, the ones for which if he had to stop the world, he would do it without hesitation. He made the life of Trevor and Tyler a wonderland, literally. For Dan the immense love and respect for his dad, Dante, his mom, Margaret, his sister Diane and his brother-in-law David, and his Fabbri family were his motor that moved him to be an excellent and honorable human being.
His adored partner of life, his Babe, his partner in crime, Lissette A Mercedes, his light of life, the one he shared happiness, care, joy, fun, adventure, and the purest love that people could find in the universe. The one to love him endlessly with her heart and soul.
Dan was having a very particular way to live, always making a lot of plans for each single day, and pushing himself to accomplish those plans no matter what. We must highlight his passion to travel and know different places and cultures, things that he really accomplished and enjoyed the last years of his life. He was a people person, Dan could know the life of anyone just in 5 minutes conversation and after that make this person one of his best friends, easily. The respect, consideration, care, and love for others especially for his close friends, made him unique.
Dan was passionate about sport cars, football, golf, ATVs, snowmobiles, boating, motorcycles, etc. having several of each of those machines that he was calling his toys. He always enjoyed and made time for his toys adventures, spending more of his time with his son Trevor, his beloved Lissette and from time to time with his sister Diane, his brother in-law David and his closer friends.
He was an excellent gastronomic taster making of this quality one of his day by day gastronomic adventures all over the world. His most common expressions: Thank you so much! and How fortunate and blessed we are!
Dan is survived by his two sons, Trevor, and Tyler Fabbri of Andover; one sister, Diane Morgan, and her husband David (who considered Danny his brother) of Deerfield, NH; and his adored partner in life of many years, Lissette A.
