Obituary of Cheryl J. Scott

Cheryl (Armstrong) Scott, a longtime resident of Woburn, Massachusetts, passed away on Thursday evening, August 27, 2026.

Born and raised in Woburn, Cheryl was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, aunt, and great-aunt. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Gordon and Doris (Lundin) Armstrong; her brothers, Gordon, Dennis, and Wayne Armstrong; and her beloved husband, Robert “Bobby” Scott.

She leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, great-nieces, as well as special childhood friends who remained dear to her heart throughout the years.

Cheryl had a special love for animals and found great joy in reading, gardening and spending time with family. Her greatest gift, however, was the love and care she shared for others. Cheryl touched so many lives through her kindness and generosity. She had a remarkable way of making everyone feel special, valued, and loved. Her warm heart and caring spirit will forever be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Cheryl will be deeply missed by those who loved her and should find comfort knowing that she will be reunited with family that will welcome her home.

May her memory live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all the lives she touched.

A celebration of life for Cheryl will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers please send memorial donations to a local animal shelter of your choice.  Arrangements by the Graham Funeral Home, Woburn.
