Obituary of Robert W. Hall
Robert W. Hall, 95, of Charlton, formerly of Woburn, passed away after a lengthy illness on Friday evening, February 6, 2026. He was the husband of the late Kathleen Hall who passed away in 2003.
Born and raised in Woburn, he was the son of the late William Robert Hall and the late Evelynn F. (Ames) Hall. Bob worked as a machine operator for Mailing Services, retiring in 1995, and he served in the United States Naval Reserve.
Bob was a lifelong member of the North Congregational Church in North Woburn, where he had been a longtime member of the church choir. He was active and devoted to many Masonic organizations. Bob was a 70-year member of Mount Horeb Lodge, AF&AM in Woburn; and a member of the Concord Royal Arch Chapter, Orient Council of Wakefield; and he was a Past Commander of the Coeur de Lion Commandry #34 in Concord. He was also a member of the Aleppo Temple Shriners, and Order of Eastern Star. And Bob was a member of the Wakefield Retired Men’s Club.
Bob was the loving husband of the late Kathleen E. (Pellegrino) Hall. He is survived by one daughter, Maria Pumyea and her husband Jay of Cary, North Carolina, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, the late Ernest R. Hall and his late wife Cally; and by his sister, the late Dorothy Hearst.
A graveside service will be held at the Woodbrook Cemetery, 100 Salem St., Woburn on Tuesday, February 17 at 10:00 am, followed by a Memorial Service at the North Congregational Church, 896 Main St., North Woburn on Tuesday February 17 at 11:00 am. Visiting hours will be at the Arthur P. Graham Funeral Home, 3 Arlington Rd., Woburn on Monday evening, February 16 from 4-7 pm; with a Masonic Service at 6:45 pm.
