Obituary of Todd D. Strom

Todd David Strom, 70, of Pepperell, MA, passed away peacefully at home on May 11, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones, after a long battle with cancer.

Born on December 27, 1954, in Waltham, MA. He was the son of the late Richard A. Strom and the late Janice (Richardson) Strom.

Todd worked as a dedicated boiler operator and 3rd class engineer, known for his strong work ethic and steady presence.  He had a deep love for music, pocket watches, and above all, his family. Todd was an incredible husband, father, and grandfather who cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He never missed a sporting event, concert, or milestone in his daughters’ lives, and he adored his grandsons with all his heart.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Janice (Hemsworth) Strom; his daughters, Laura Whyte and her partner Rebecca Thayer, and Lisa Strom and her partner Kaitlyn Lessard; his brother, Dean Strom and his Wife Doris Strom; and his cherished grandsons, Alexander Whyte, Charlie Whyte, Gabriel Thayer, and Lucien Thayer. He also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

In keeping with Todd’s wishes, there will be no services.
